Partnership with Parents
We believe that good parent/staff co-operation is essential. If your children see our good relationships they will quickly feel more secure and realise that we are working together for their benefit.
We hope that all parents will think of the nursery school as a friendly place where they will be made welcome if they have questions to ask, information to give or help to offer. I will always be happy to discuss any matter with parents if they feel that I may be of assistance.
There is a Greenacre Parents Group, which has been set up to give parents a voice in school, and to access funding for educational visits and projects.
We also have a “Friends of Greenacre” Parent/Teacher Association of which every parent is automatically a member. The Association is mainly for fund raising activities and we ask parents to help by selling raffle tickets, manning stalls at the Autumn Fair, etc.
