Recording Achievement
Each child has a file containing an individual copy of Sefton’s Plotting Progress booklet, which is completed by staff using the evidence from written observations, samples of mark making and photos of children’s achievements.
Parents are invited to contribute by bringing in any interesting pieces of work or photographs showing events or hobbies in a child’s life. Parents have access to this file at any time.

t the beginning of the Summer term each year, staff are available at a pre-arranged time to discuss children’s progress with families and discuss how we can help your child to achieve a smooth transition to school.
